On the morning of July 16 in Hai Phong, President Luong Cuong attended and delivered a speech at the Opening Session of the 3rd Meeting of the APEC Business Advisory Council 2025 (ABAC III), along with related events. The meeting was co-organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), ABAC Vietnam, and Hai Phong City.

The Opening Session welcomed over 200 domestic and international delegates, including ABAC members from 21 APEC economies, leaders of multinational corporations, financial institutions, innovation centers, and other international organizations.
