Handbook
Every Action Today Is a Commitment to a Greener Future
Earth Day (April 22) serves as a powerful reminder of humanity’s shared responsibility in preserving our living environment. More than just a message, April in Vietnam witnesses the spread of numerous events, conferences, and practical environmental campaigns – platforms where individuals, organizations, and communities come together to promote sustainable development.
Joining this positive momentum, HoaBinh Event Group (HBG) is proud to be the organizer of many green-themed programs. With professional investment and a strong sense of responsibility, HBG not only spreads the message of green living but also creates spaces for dialogue, connection, and concrete actions toward a future in harmony with nature.
Events – A bridge for spreading green awareness
In the journey toward promoting sustainable lifestyles, environmental events are playing an increasingly important role – not just as information-sharing platforms, but as powerful catalysts for transforming community awareness and behavior.
Through conferences, workshops, launch ceremonies, and forums, environmental topics – often seen as distant – are delivered in an engaging, accessible, and emotional manner. Good practices and practical initiatives from organizations and localities are widely shared, creating a positive ripple effect across society.
As an organizer, HBG ensures professionalism and thoroughness in every stage while also emphasizing environmental responsibility. HBG chooses eco-friendly materials, optimizes processes to reduce waste, and enhances the use of technology in event organization – contributing small but persistent steps toward green living goals.
Every event organized is not just a communication program but a concrete commitment to the present and future – where sustainable values are spread from action to awareness.

Kick-off ceremony for Han Market plastic waste reduction model
On July 17, 2022, in Da Nang, the kick-off ceremony for the “Plastic Waste Reduction Market” model took place at the familiar Han Market community space. The program was jointly organized by the city’s Department of Industry and Trade and WWF-Vietnam to promote behavioral change in consumption and reduce plastic waste at the source.
Organizing events at specific venues such as traditional markets requires fast, compact, and sophisticated execution – something HBG delivered with hands-on experience and a skilled operations team. Key components like the stage, sound system, and displays for alternative products were designed to be simple yet eye-catching and accessible to the public.

The dialogue highlighted the role of scientific research in building trust and promoting international cooperation at sea.

HBG – A green, professional, and sustainable event organizer
Beyond the role of a typical event organizer, HBG integrates environmental considerations as a core part of its development strategy. With a strong commitment to sustainable event solutions, HBG actively applies eco-friendly methods throughout the event organization process, from concept design to on-the-ground execution.
In each event, HBG prioritizes the use of recycled or reusable materials for decoration, setup, and spatial design. The company also strives to minimize waste by optimizing processes and limiting single-use products. Digital transformation is promoted, from online registrations to digitized event documents to drastically reduce printing and paper usage.
Additionally, HBG emphasizes training its internal team and working with partners to enhance environmental awareness. Small actions like waste sorting, energy saving, and choosing eco-conscious suppliers are included in standard operations, helping to establish an effective yet responsible organizational workflow.
