On June 28, 2025, the Asia–Pacific Regional Final of the international competition “Ma thèse en 180 secondes” (MT180) was successfully held at Foreign Trade University, Hanoi. The event brought together 10 outstanding young researchers from 7 countries, each presenting their PhD thesis in French within 180 seconds—delivered in a compelling, creative, and accessible way.

As the first time this competition was held in the region, the event marked a significant milestone in promoting Francophone academic cooperation and celebrating the voice of young researchers on the global stage.
