LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FORUM 2022

On November 26, 2022, in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Vietnam and Indiana University (USA), organized the Local Development Dialogue Forum 2022 with the theme “Culture, Tourism, and Local Development”.

The forum witnessed the presence of Politburo member, Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Nguyen Xuan Thang, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Nguyen Van Hung, Secretary of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, Phan Viet Cuong, representatives who are leaders of over 50 provinces, and domestic and foreign experts. The delegates engaged in discussions to identify problems as well as solutions for developing the cultural and tourism industry associated with local development.
