On September 30 – October 1 at the Meliá Hanoi Hotel, the 1st Vietnam–Russia People’s Forum and the Workshop on People-to-People Exchange and Local Cooperation took place, with the attendance and keynote speech of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, Member of the Party Central Committee.
