On the morning of August 1, at Hai Phong University, the Hai Phong Youth Union hosted the Opening Ceremony of the 2nd Vietnam Youth Camp 2025.

The event was attended by:

• Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam – Secretary of the Youth Union Central Committee and chairman of the Vietnam Youth Federation;
• Mr. Nguyen Quang Phuc – Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee;
• Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy – Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City, Secretary of the City Youth Union, and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Youth Federation of Hai Phong;
• Along with nearly 100 delegates, including outstanding youth leaders, union members, and young representatives from provinces and cities across the country.
