On August 8, 2025, at Phenikaa University, the program “The Academic Exchange: Integrative Oncology Medicine Session” took place with the participation of numerous medical experts from Vietnam, China, and other countries in the region.

At the event, HBG accompanied the organizers as the provider of key event equipment and setup services, ensuring an international-standard environment that met the stringent requirements of a large-scale academic forum.

From designing and installing the stage, backdrop, décor, and event carpet, to equipping translation cabins and simultaneous interpretation headsets, as well as preparing name tags, lanyards, standees, banners, floral arrangements, and mobile interpreting services – every element was executed by HBG with synchronization, efficiency, and precision.
