On November 14–15, the Vietnam Association for Surgery and Endolaparosurgery Scientific Conference (VASEL 2025) took place in Thai Nguyen, gathering nearly 350 scientific presentations along with leading Vietnamese experts and international speakers from China, India, Thailand, the Netherlands, and more.

Within the framework of the event, the 2nd Congress of the Vietnam Association for Surgery and Endolaparosurgery for the 2025–2030 term was also held, marking new directions for the development of the field.
