On 12 November 2025, at Tam Kim Primary & Secondary School (Cao Bang Province), the Closing Ceremony of “Pilot Implementation of the Safe, Clean and Green Community” took place with the collaboration of the Disaster and Dyke Management Authority, UNICEF Vietnam, and local partners.

Amid the highland setting, the efforts to transform Tam Kim into a green, safe, and disaster-resilient community became vividly clear: solar power systems, clean-energy streetlights, greener school spaces, a newly launched “Green Library,” and educational activities that helped more than 160 students understand the value of environmental protection.

The final round of the “Green Creative Design” contest filled the schoolyard with excitement, where children let their imagination shine and told stories of a sustainable future through their creations.

HBG accompanied the event with full support in organization, equipment, filming, and photography, helping preserve and spread the most meaningful moments of this inspiring journey.

It may be a closing event, but it marks the beginning of many new green seeds taking root in Tam Kim.
