On the morning of April 19, 2025, Viet Duc Steel Group held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Kira Home Social Housing Project at Viet Duc Legend City Urban Area, Dao Duc Town (Binh Xuyen). This project is one of 80 exemplary constructions nationwide selected for groundbreaking and inauguration in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

Kira Home stands as a clear testament to the ongoing efforts of the Party and State in developing social housing, contributing to the realization of the dream of stable living, housing security, and overall social welfare for the people.

The ceremony was honored by the presence of many central and local leaders, including:

• Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong – Member of the Party Central Committee, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam
• Mr. Tran Duy Dong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc Province
• Mr. Tran Thanh Hai – Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee
• Mr. Nguyen Van Manh – Provincial Party Member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Vinh Phuc Province
• Along with representatives from central ministries, departments, and Vinh Phuc provincial agencies.
